**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement within the organization.

**Duties**
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
- Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality management practices and resolve quality-related issues.
- Document findings and prepare reports on quality control activities, including QA/QC processes.
- Assist in the fabrication of test samples as needed for quality assurance testing.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures related to quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a quality control or laboratory environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools, including calipers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and QA/QC methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, must have a good command of the English language both verbal and written, for reporting findings clearly.

Pay: $18.76-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
