**Part-Time Architectural Draftsperson - Residential Design**

We are a growing residential home design firm seeking a **skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson** to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in residential design and a passion for creating thoughtful, buildable plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop residential floor plans with attention to flow, function, and client needs
- Produce detailed construction drawings including elevations, sections, and site grading
- Ensure all work adheres to the BC Building Code and relevant bylaws of the Lower Mainland
- Collaborate with designers and consultants to deliver accurate and timely project documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma (minimum 2 years) in Architectural Technology, Building Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential design, specifically single-family dwellings
- Proficiency in drafting software and standards used for residential projects
- Strong knowledge of BC Building Code and local municipal zoning bylaws
- Demonstrated ability to produce precise, code-compliant, and build-ready drawings
