De Jong Enterprises is a logistics and trucking company offering a role as **Warehouse Associate **in our **Woodstock location** located at **261 Woodall Way. **If you pride yourself on your customer service skills this opportunity is for you

As a warehouse associate, you will be loading/unloading and processing the merchandise through the warehouse as required. Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

**As the Warehouse Associate, you will**:

- Receive, load, unload, and process merchandise through the warehouse as required
- Understands and follows all safe work practices and rules
- Shipping: product placement, open product, set up product
- Assist with maintaining proper communications between the traffic department, drivers and other departments within the company
- Ensure timely responses to dispatch requests, drivers and operational requirements
- Receive and respond to after-hours contact from drivers, mechanics and other staff, as required
- Other tasks as assigned
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions for use, directions and safety manuals
- Good verbal communication skills
- Lift truck certification or ability to take and pass company’s certified training
- Demonstrate company’s Core competencies
- Able to complete and pass WHMIS testing
- Able to manage/lift 100lbs in weight
- Excellent attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
