**About Us**:
Redblue Heatpumps & Refrigeration Inc is a diverse and expanding company based in Langford BC. Started in 2013, we have grown to over 70+ employees with departments in sheet metal, HVAC and Refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical.

**About you**:
You have experience as an Electrical Project Coordinator working in conjunction with other Project Managers. You have experience with document management tools.

**Responsibilities**:
Work with clients and identify potential business opportunities.

Assist with estimating projects and submit tenders.

Assist with management of electrical installation permits with technical safety B.C. and City of Victoria

Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions.

Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end users.

Assist with project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules and labour

Mitigate project risk, deficiencies and estimate changes as needed.

Work with internal stakeholders, field staff and customers, to ensure projects remain on track, on budget and meet expectations.

Be present on jobsites when required and review project upon completion to discuss success and challenges.

Review the project at completion with the foreman and superintendent to discuss successes and challenges.

**Requirements**:
Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate

Experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating an asset

Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset

Good computer skills including MS Office, Bluebeam, ZOOM, etc.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Strong communication and team working skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
