**Job Summary**:
Entripy is looking for a **Content Creator** to join our team to create content that across all our digital platforms that will engage B2B audiences and ultimately generate leads for our sales team. This is a 50-50 planning and execution role and the individual in this role will have a desire to come on-site to our facilities to take photos/videos of the products, staff, and environment that are most valued by our target audience, and to support the posts they create.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Management
- Target audience is B2B so the primary driver of the content strategy will be LinkedIn. Secondary/supporting platforms include the website, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
- This individual will begin by executing on an already developed strategy, but then evolve upon it in ways that will improve Entripy’s engagement KPI on LinkedIn.

Editorial / Blog creation
- Begin to understand the topics that are important to a B2B apparel buying audience.
- Write content catering to both audience interests and SEO optimization.

What will your daily/monthly projects look like?
- Competitive analysis of content/editorial/social activity of our favourite and key competitor platforms
- From a planning perspective, create monthly content calendars that outline goals, visuals, copy, hash tagging strategy
- Writing 1 blog each week that support SEO objectives and audience education
- Asset creation by taking photos onsite, creating iPhone videos, writing post copy, schedule/upload posts to social platforms
- Come up with ideas that are current in the world of social engagement to help improve our existing plans / strategies, but still appealing to a B2B audience
- Monitor analytics of all activity. Use these insights to provide recommendations that will drive change to our engagement levels
- Understands that the most important asset is our manufacturing facility and its people (#bts) and shows a strong desire to come onsite for asset creation on a weekly basis.
- Will attend industry events (or coordinate with other internal attendees) to gather any assets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A strong understanding of LinkedIn
- A portfolio of work done to date, along with references associated to work produced (eg. former employers or clients)
- An understanding of SEO and it’s impacts on content, and vice versa
- Organized, with strong planning skills
- Strong proficiency in English spelling and grammar as you will be representing the company in written format
