**Position Objectives Summary**: Works as part of the Product Category/Brand team(s) reporting to the Merchandise Manager and partnering with the Merchandising team as needed. Prepares documentation as assigned to facilitate the timely and seamless import and export of product.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates and communicates tasks as determined by the Director of Merchandising and the Merchandise Manager for internal and external contacts and suppliers.
- Coordinates samples, headers and trim cards as needed.
- Maintains collateral material such as order tracking sheets, receipt of samples and trim cards, and reports as required.
- Follow up with makers on any missing submissions of fabrics, trims, pre-production/bulk samples.
- Coordinates shipping and receipt of samples.

**Additional Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Schedule meetings on behalf of the Director of Merchandising.
- Maintain files and updates as needed.
- Absorb overflow tasks from the Merchandise team.

**Required Skills / Abilities**:

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively work as a Team Player and independently.
- Comfortable working with deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must be meticulous on assigned tasks

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in administration an asset.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be able to comply with established Company Policies and Procedures.
