Conveniently located just 15 minutes south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, the complex currently offers over 40 poker tables and a selection of over 500 Electronic Gaming Devices (slots). In addition, Playground includes an inviting and locally renowned restaurant The Rail Coal Fire Bistro and is in the midst of an exciting expansion project that will include expanding the gaming floors, a stunning hotel and additional contemporary food and beverage outlets.
**_Schedule: Variable, days, evenings, nights, weekends_**
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic **_Bartender_** to provide an excellent customer drinking experience. Your main responsibilities include preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and maintaining the bar area clean and organized. To succeed in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Collect and process payments.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain the bar area stocked, clean and organized.
- Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Previous working experience as a Bartender/ Barmaid is required.

Nous recherchons un **_Barman/ Barmaid_** qualifié et enthousiaste pour offrir une excellente expérience de consommation à nos clients. Vos principales responsabilités comprennent la préparation de boissons alcoolisées ou non alcoolisées et le maintien de l'espace bar propre et organisé. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir une grande attention aux détails, la capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et aimer travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
**Responsabilités**:

- Offrir un service de qualité supérieure et maximiser la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Avoir une connaissance détaillée de tous les éléments du menu à boire.
- Préparez des boissons alcoolisées ou non alcoolisées.
- Collecter et traiter les paiements.
- Réapprovisionner et réapprovisionner l'inventaire et les fournitures du bar.
- Maintenez la zone du bar bien approvisionnée, propre et organisée.
- Équilibrez votre argent à la fin de chaque quart de travail.

**Exigences**:

- Doit être bilingue (français et anglais) et âgé de 18 ans ou plus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Doit être capable de travailler sur vos pieds pendant la durée du quart de travail.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme
