**Job Summary - Operations**

We are looking for an ITAD Production Associates to join our small, but mighty Ottawa team A Production Associate is responsible for sorting, moving, packing, wrapping, and lifting materials in an efficient manner while respecting health and safety standards. They may also assist the Driver with customer pick-ups or unloading of the truck.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifies and sorts different electronic materials in assigned boxes while adhering to classification of commodities to maximize production output
- Operates various pieces of equipment, such as a Forklift or Pallet Jack
- Manually dismantles electronic materials by hand of small tools
- Assist the Driver with customer pick-ups and unloading of the truck
- Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions for all daily activities
- Always maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness with a focus on Health & Safety
- Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
- Other duties may be required as requested by supervisor or team lead

**Qualifications**:

- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset
- Technical background (computers, laptops, cellphones)
- Forklift license an asset (or willing to obtain)
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using various hand tools/ air tools/power tools
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs. regularly or 50 lbs. occasionally.
