Part Time Caregiver for An Individual with Dementia

**_RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Caregiver for an Individual with Dementia and Diabetes (E24)_**
**_Location_**_: Leduc_
**_Days/Hours: _**_Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm *Open to alternating weekends*_
**_*Late afternoon Shifts potentially available also 3pm-7pm*_**
**_Job Description: _**_Maintain a safe and healthy environment_
- Duties include but are not limited to: _
- _Prompting and actively participating in the daily routine _
- _Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, changing incontinence products, range of motion exercises, medication administration, etc._
- _Light housekeeping and laundry_
- _Healthy home cooked meal preparation_
- _Monitoring food intake and blood glucose levels_
- _Support on outings if necessary_
- _Supervising and acting proactively by redirecting, cueing, and guiding the individual_
- _Providing companionship by engaging and interacting during daily activities_
**_Rate of Pay: _** _$19.50/hour_
**_Reference No: E24_**
