**What are you going to work on?**:

- You will conduct research and analysis of operational requirements; understand business issues and industry challenges
- In collaboration with the Product Owner (PO), you will design and document detailed solutions that meet customer requirements, while respecting budget limits.
- You will perform an in-depth impact analysis for each proposed solution to assess the functional impacts
- You will translate business solutions into user stories and lead weekly refinement meetings with your Scrum team
- You will provide support to your Scrum team during development, internal testing and external testing performed by our customers (UAT).
- After each sprint, you'll present what your team has accomplished to the customer and help answer questions and comments.
- You will be responsible for updating our system specification documentation
