Leading Lower Mainland Restoration Company is seeking Content Technicians Helper to respond to water related emergencies in residential homes and commercial properties. Work may also involve cleaning after fire/water/mould damage. Full-time with 'on call' availability on evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.

**Direct responsibilities will include**:

- Completion of necessary paperwork and update data using company programs. (i.e. work authorization, diagrams, charts, photos, monitoring records, etc.).
- Ensures compliance with company and regulatory process and protocols.
- Will provide support in other areas as requested/required.
- Maintains effective communication and relations with all property owners, occupants, co-workers and sub-trades.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in tight spaces
- Drive company vehicle
- **General requirements**:

- Maintain a professional appearance and good attitude
- Must have valid and clean driver’s license
- Mould remediation experience/qualification is an advantage
- 1 year experience in restoration or construction work is preferred.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Effective use of English language - verbal and written communication skills
