Grace & Grit Construction is not looking for any journeyperson carpenter with a red seal trade ticket. We are looking to add an exceptional leader, a passionate craftsman, someone who is interested in growing as an individual and as a team. We are a small but fast growing Indigenous owned construction company specializing in residential construction, renovations and concrete formwork.

**Job Expectations**:

- Ability to work alone and with a team, with the utmost integrity, craftsmanship and safety at the forefront of the mind.
- Prepared with your own personal handtools and general PPE including steel toes, gloves and hardhat.
- Open and willing to learn new skills, teach apprentices.
- Be efficient with time, materials and scheduling jobs accordingly with the Owner.
- Clear effective communication and respect for others on the jobsite.

**Types of Work Available**:

- All types of Residential Renovations, Concrete & Landscaping but not included specifically to: concrete foundation formwork, flatwork, placing & finishing, residential framing including floors, walls and roofs, windows & doors, stairs, flooring, kitchen and bathroom demo & full remodel, exterior siding, soffit & fascia, drywall boarding, mudding & taping, finish carpentry including handrail, baseboard and casing.

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
