Painter Helper

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead painter with preparation of surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Help set up and prepare work areas, including covering furniture, taping off areas, and moving equipment
- Perform general labor duties, such as carrying materials and equipment, and cleaning work areas
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area to ensure they are in good working condition
- Move and carry materials, supplies, and equipment as necessary
- Pick up and deliver material.

**Requirements**:

- Some prior experience in painting or construction-related fields is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in painting
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Weekend availability
