Requirements of Working from Home:

- Fully functioning desktop computer
- Dual monitors (minimum 15” diameter)
- Windows 10 Operating System or higher (IMac Yosemite Operating System or higher)
- Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload)
- Designated home office area, clear of outside sounds or distraction
- USB headset (no speaker-phone or earbuds)
- Web camera

All requirements must be met prior to the completion of training.

Job Types**:Full-time or Part-Time**

Salary**:starting at $16.50 per hour**

**Experience**:

- High School Diploma
- Previous contact center experiences an asset
- English proficiency (Written and Spoken)
- French proficiency (Written and Spoken) - Bilingual agents only
- Exceptional communication skills
- Consistent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Results orientated
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands
- Enthusiastic and team-orientated
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A cleared Criminal Background Check - as required
