**Are you passionate about fitness, great with people, and ready to bring energy both at the front desk and in the boxing ring?**
Yorkville Boxfit is looking for a dynamic individual to take on a dual role as a **Front Desk Receptionist and Boxing Trainer**. This is a unique opportunity to be both the welcoming face of our gym and an inspiring force in our training sessions.

**What You’ll Do**:
**As a Front Desk Receptionist**:

- Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Handle class bookings, member check-ins, and membership sign-ups
- Promote memberships, retail products, and services
- Maintain the front area’s cleanliness and organization
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations

**As a Boxing Trainer**:

- Lead high-energy boxing classes for all levels, ensuring proper form and safety
- Provide coaching, encouragement, and individualized feedback
- Develop and implement training programs for various skill levels
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive gym environment
- Represent Yorkville Boxfit’s commitment to excellence and motivation

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about fitness
- Has previous boxing or fitness instruction experience (Muay Thai, MMA, or Boxing preferred)
- Is comfortable leading both group and individual training sessions
- Possesses strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Is confident in promoting and selling memberships or services
- Has basic computer knowledge (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in fitness or boxing training (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or hospitality
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus

**Compensation**:

- Reception duties**:$16.55-$20.00/hour**:

- Boxing instruction**:$35.00/hour**:

- Commission opportunities for sales performance
