**Role: Y Mind Co-Facilitator**
**Wage**:$31 to $33 per hour

**Hours**:Part-time, 4-6 hours per week during program delivery with an opportunity for

additional hours. Options for up to three 7-week cycles before end of June

**Location**:Prince George (delivery may be in-person or virtual)
**About the**
**Program**:
The YMCA Y Mind Program helps young people experiencing symptoms of mild
to moderate anxiety to learn healthy coping strategies and connect with like
- minded youth in a safe and encouraging group environment

**Responsibilities of this role**:

- **Work with another facilitator to deliver the Y Mind Program**:

- **Intake and assessment of program participants, both in-person and by Zoom**:

- **Participate in planning, information sessions, assessment, evaluation, and follow-up**:

- **Must be available for prep and debriefing of all sessions, including information sessions**:

- **Keep accurate records and provide statistics and other relevant information to coordinator**:

- **Maintain a solid understanding of available resources and provide information, support, and**

**referrals to community agencies for applicants and participants as indicated and available
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters level education in a mental health field,
- experience with individuals and groups of youth with mental health challenges- Strong communication skills with diverse populations, both spoken and written
- Three professional references and clear Criminal Record Check***
