**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, your primary responsibility is to oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll functions within the organization. Our Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ad-hoc administrative duties as well as managing our employee payroll processes, including timecard review, calculation of wages, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process time cards and payroll for employees utilizing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain, organize and order general office supplies
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accuracy of employee data
- Coverage for Bookkeeper in relation to Accounts Payable and invoicing
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in payroll administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Strong knowledge of British Columbia Employment Standards
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise
- Experience with Microsoft 365

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise: 1 year (preferred)
