**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out processes
- Organizing and scheduling of appointments, intake processes, contacting patients to confirm appointments and manage patient flow
- Responsible of processing of all billings (EHC, WSIB, MVA) including federal and private insurance, payroll, ordering of necessary clinic supplies and other day-to-day operations (laundry, tidying etc.)
- Assist therapists in keeping their work flow efficient and organized.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clinic director
- Act as a liaison between clinical/support staff and the management team
- contributing to marketing and patient retention strategies.
- Excellent ability to adapt to new environments and changes, problem-solver, work well under pressure and be able to multitask.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to enhance productivity

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a clinic Manager in physio clinic or in a similar administrative role.
- Reliable, Punctual and Flexible.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Minimum 1 year experience of office admin required in physio clinic.
- Proficient in using Universal software and phone system is must
- EHC, WSIB and MVA billing is must

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
