**Job Description**:
Vous connaissez bien le secteur de l'assurance collective? Le service client vous passionne? Venez travailler en étroite collaboration avec les représentants des ventes pour assurer le développement des affaires, un service à la clientèle personnalisé et le maintien d’une relation privilégiée

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Participer à la mise en vigueur des nouveaux groupes (suivis, comptes rendus, appui au secteur administratif, participation aux rencontres, etc.).- Appuyer le travail du secteur administratif en participant à l'enregistrement des nouveaux groupes- Donner la formation aux administrateurs de régime sur les outils technologiques et sur la trousse d’administration.- Assister le représentant des ventes dans la vérification des brochures et documents contractuels avant la remise à l’actuaire-conseil et/ou au client.- Répondre aux questions des clients et actuaires-conseils portant sur l’administration générale, les protections, les clauses contractuelles, les produits, les services, etc. et informer le représentant des ventes des demandes particulières.- Effectuer des visites de courtoisie dans les groupes déterminés par le représentant des ventes de façon à maintenir une relation privilégiée avec les différents responsables de groupes.- Représenter la Société lors de présentations aux employés et participer à des séances de formation à titre d'animateur ou de personne-ressource.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Détenir un baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente.- Avoir une expérience mínimale de cinq (5) ans en assurance collective.- Détenir un permis d'intermédiaire de marché (ou s'engager à l'obtenir).- Démontrer une grande capacité et beaucoup d'intérêt pour les communications verbales et écrites.- Être bilingue.
