- Ability to work in-office and travel to locations across Alberta
- Experience managing grocery retail businesses is preferred

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and monitor company-wide Grocery programs and procedures
- Manage the sourcing, purchasing and logistics of grocery products
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential vendors
- Assist Director, Centre Store on new product initiatives
- Provide Grocery and Store Management teams support to:

- Achieve weekly, segment, and yearly targets (sales, budget, productivity, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Resolve inventory and operational issues promptly
- Acquire and train new Grocery Team Members
- Implement product recall procedures
- Create and monitor merchandising initiatives including planograms and merchandising programs
- Regular visitation to store locations to provide assistance and ensure compliance with operational standards & procedures
- KPIs: Production costs, labour utilization, in-store program results
- Reports to the Director, Centre Store

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full Time
- Work Environment: In-Person, Stony Plain Operations Office
- Travel: 40% (company vehicle provided and expenses covered)
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
