Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Track inventory levels and monitor supplier performance
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and RFQs
- Ensure procurement complies with company standards and budgets
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, and customs documentation (as required)
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvement

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience (construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software
- Fluent in English; Spanish an asset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Wage Range:
$28-$38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
