**Shipper/Receiver**

Department: Shipper/Receiver-Mississauga, Ontario

Reports to: Key Accounts Operations Manager

The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for overseeing inventories to ensure accuracy and availability for the Service and DA Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ø Maintaining daily count schedule and updating Baan with count adjustments as needed (some part numbers may be stored in multiple locations)

Ø Verifying quoted order locations for approved service quotes as needed

Ø Update the OneNote pages to advise of parts readiness

Ø Update the OneNote pages to advise of parts needing to be ordered

Ø Maintaining inventory part number Location spreadsheet

Ø Submit parts restocking purchase orders with the factory

Ø Maintaining the parts room neat and well organized

Ø Maintaining the warehouse neat and well organized and safe

Ø Performing receiving duties of various materials and glass (will require obtaining forklift certification)

Ø Verifying accuracy of Baan inventory when deemed necessary

Minimum Requirements:
Ø High school diploma or GED

Ø Self-motivated with desire to learn and make improvements

Ø Quality conscious with high degree of accuracy

Ø Must have at least one year of experience working in manufacturing environment

Ø Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Ø Must have some ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience

Ø Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:
