**This is an in-office position. Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and Manage a Portfolio**: Build and grow your own book of business through proactive B2B cold calling and relationship management.
- **Client Engagement**: Follow up with both new and existing clients, identifying freight solutions and closing deals that meet their needs.
- **Business Prospecting**: Identify new business opportunities and expand your client base through effective outreach.
- **Rate Negotiation**: Negotiate competitive pricing and secure favorable rates with freight carriers.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate closely with Operations Management and Logistics Coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions and services.

**Key Attributes**:

- ** Education & Experience**: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or comparable industry experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in Outlook and Word.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent value and service.
