Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Inventory Coordinator to join the team at 401 Dixie Volkswagen

**Responsibilities**:

- Stocking in cars, arranging transport, ad-description, taking pictures for auto-trader and other websites
- Preparing cars for photographers and maintain an online presence
- Preparing BOS for dealer trades and wholesale cars
- Filling in reception at Lunch Time or when required. (Back-up)
- Updating Sold Log and various other logs (Must have excellent Excel/PowerPoint knowledge)
- Closing R/O’s if required
- Doing Cheque Requisition
- During the winter season, responsibility to shovel the snow and clear snow off vehicles.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalent
- Two (2) years of administrative experience
- Must have licensing experience
- Dealership experience preferred
