**SUPERVISOR**
**CHALLENGE - ACTION - LEADERSHIP - OUTSIDE WORK**
The **Supervisor** is a full member of the marine terminal management team. He manages the loading and unloading operations of the vessels, while overseeing the handling of our customers’ cargo.
**DAILY YOU WILL**:
- Plan manpower, lifting, and heavy equipment (forklifts, wheel loaders, etc.) requirements for operations according to the established sequence;
- Assign tasks and manage a team of approximately twenty longshoremen (day labourers and machine operators).
- Coordinate operations and promote teamwork in a spirit of mutual support and quality service;
- Enforce standard operating procedures, and safety and environmental standards;
- Monitor operations performance indicators using state of the art technology.

- Possess a good sense of work organization;
- Enjoy working with equipment and heavy machinery;

- Are available to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and night shifts.
- Can speak in French and English and understand written English.
