**About Us**

MacMaster Chevrolet is one of London’s top-performing General Motors dealerships, known for delivering an exceptional automotive experience - both in-store and online.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced dealership team. This is a full-time, in-person role, perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has strong creative skills, and wants to grow under the guidance of experienced Sales & Marketing Managers.

**What You’ll Do**

**Vehicle Merchandising**
- Photograph and upload new/pre-owned vehicles to online listings
- Write and edit vehicle descriptions; assist with pricing updates, and ensure accurate merchandising of new/used listings online
- Assist with lot signage (e.g., price danglers, CPO flags/stickers, etc.)

**Social Media & Content Creation**
- Maintain and execute a structured content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture and edit photo/video content showcasing dealership life, customer deliveries, and events
- Plan and publish posts that align with OEM incentives and dealership promotions
- Use tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere for content creation

**Website & Digital Advertising**
- Update banners, offers, and landing pages on WordPress
- Write/edit landing page content using basic SEO best practices
- Upload creative and offers to digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing)
- Assist with customer list segmentation and content prep for sales initiatives
- Support dealership events with setup, signage, and promotional coverage

**Reporting & Organization**
- Assist in gathering social media metrics, lead source data, and campaign performance results
- Keep marketing materials, timelines, and content assets organized

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital and social media content creation
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, CapCut
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google/YouTube
- Understanding of on-page SEO/ local SEO best practices
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Available to work full-time, on-site (Monday-Friday)
