With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Position Overview**:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations in Manitoba. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a positive working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Oversight**: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and achieve operational excellence.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve set goals and objectives.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Resource Allocation**: Effectively allocate resources to meet operational demands and optimize costs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field considered an asset.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Security Guard Industry.
- Exceptional communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
