Myers Barrhaven Hyundai - located at 4115 Strandherd Dr. - is looking for a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills to join our team as a **Used Car Manager**.

We are looking for a leader who is sincere, outgoing, confident, results-oriented, and able to motivate.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Appraise vehicles for the dealership.
- Maintain advertising as directed by General Sales Manager.
- Follow all vehicles through reconditioning process to ensure they are on the lot and available for sale within 3 days of arriving at the dealership.
- Follow Used Car Action Plan and implement policies and procedures to ensure we are always following Used Car Action Plan.
- Maintain an average gross profit set by the General Manager/GSM on retail deals.
- Work with Business Office to maintain F&I Average on Used Vehicles set by GM or GSM.
- Wholesale vehicles as necessary and strive for a profit per wholesale vehicle.
- Train and motivate sales staff as required.
- Assist in forecasting goals and objectives.
- Attend manager meetings as required.
- Assist in overseeing the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance the image and CSI ratings of the dealership.
- Assist salespeople as needed in the process of selling and closing customers.
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
- Always have a sale event in place in Used Cars
- Assist with planning and controlling of vehicle displays and point of purchase displays both inside and outside the dealership.
- Strong organizational, personal and telephone skills.
- Strong selling and closing skills.
- Automotive sales and business office experience.
- Thorough knowledge of retail and in-house leasing.
- Sales management experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer knowledge.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
