_**Best Brains of Brampton McVean, a learning center, is currently hiring enthusiastic, part-time tutor to teach Math to high school students.**_

**Job features**:

- Small class size

**Job Duties**:

- Conduct small group tutoring sessions with students.
- Provide instruction to students of grades 6-12 in Math
- Utilize computerized resources and educational software to enhance learning.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance.

**Availability**:
You must be available all of the following days and times:

- Mondays: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Wednesdays: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of teaching/tutoring experience.
- Degree in Education or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Able to work part-time and independently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6P 0J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- High School Students Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
