**The Exciting Position**:
The Logistics and Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the coordination of outbound shipments from SharpLight’s Distribution Centre in Vaughan, ON to our customers all over Canada and the USA. The Logistics and Warehouse Lead also plays a role in North American Operations, assisting Sales, Customer Service, and the Warehouse, reporting and identifying inventory issues and ensuring on time delivery of customer orders. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fast-growing company with a dynamic and exciting team

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Managing all logistics and inventory activities
- Provides technical assistance to technical director, clients, and team members.
- Assists in ensuring technical department compliance with QA requirements.
- Assists in the implementation of the Regular Maintenance Program.
- Attends technical service calls as requested.
- Liaise with inter-departmental team on any technical requirements they may have.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Manages the technical QA to ensure the testing of all incoming and outgoing shipments are conducted accordingly and any issues are recorded and reported.
- Prepares, delivers, and tracks shipments to and from clients.
- Manages Company inventory
- Receives incoming shipments from clients and vendors.
- Creates shipping documents to clients.
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Managing bills and invoices
- Ensures the maintenance and organization of the warehouse.
- Conducts monthly inventory counts.

**Required Education, Languages & Skills**:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Logistics/ Inventory Management
- Some technical skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
