Due to ongoing growth we are currently looking for **Assembly Workers to join our Kitchener, Ontario team.**

**$21.00 to start, $22.00 after 3 months**

**Summary of Position**:
**To manually assemble various electrical connections according to provided blueprint requirements and to test finished assembly to ensure conformance.**

**Assembler Responsibilities**:

- Read & interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Solder and manually assemble various electrical connections
- Ensure completed assembly and its components meet specified requirements
- Prepared finished assembly for shipment - labelling, packaging, etc.
- Continuous process improvement.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Attention to detail
- Able to read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings
- Excellent hand-eye co-ordination and manual dexterity
- Able to bend and lift weight of up to 23kg (50lbs)
- Able to stand for extended period of time
- Able to sit with neck bent forward for extended periods of time
- Able to concentrate when performing tasks that require accuracy
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem solving skills
- Well organized and able to work within time constraints
- Able to multi-task
- Team player
- Good oral and written communication
- Basic understanding of electrical circuit considered an asset
