From traditional to Detroit and New York-style pies, we craft our dough daily and use only the finest ingredients for every slice. **Job Summary**:
The Pizza Counter Attendant is responsible for delivering great service You’ll manage food and drink orders, coordinate delivery platforms, handle transactions, assist with prep, and maintain a clean environment. If you’re quick, reliable, and love working in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to have you

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner, including providing countertop order service and food running
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Organizing pickup/takeout window
- Co-ordination of delivery platforms (Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc.)
- Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
- Communicating all current promotions to guests
- Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner, knowledge of POS systems
- Adhering to company Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
- Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices
- Providing basic prep and restaurant support

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality in roles such as Server, Host, Expeditor
- Prior experience working in a pizzeria considered a strong asset
- Food Safe Level 1
- First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
