Bilingual Customer Service Manager

DESCRIPTION
Provide french support, training and customer service to our existing and new customers in Quebec and maritime provinces.
JOB DUTIES
- Build and maintain customer relationships for the company
- Guide customers through the sales process into the support phase
- Provide online training and onboarding of customers for all our software
- Ensure customers are receiving the tools and support they need
- In-depth understanding of our software programs to be able to advise and provide answers as needed
- Educate customers on how to use our software solutions
- Listen and understand customers’ needs and provide solutions
- Regular follow ups with customers focusing on customer retention
- Review customer activity and usage to recommend changes or provide assistance to benefit the customer
- Identify areas for cross-selling and upselling
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bilingual
- Experience with providing quality Customer Service
- Communication, listening and relationship management
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Teaching and demonstrating software online or in person
- Problem solving and planning
- Time and project management
- Managing customer expectations
- Cross-selling and upselling
