As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate office. You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting our agents and staff, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the office daily.
- Ensure the kitchen, bathroom, back meeting room, and front reception areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Utilize and manage multiple real estate technology platforms and software daily.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of real estate documents and contracts.
- Submit transactions, deals, and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Compliance and knowledge of all FINTRAC requirements.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Support real estate agents with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office IA budget.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Create and post regular social media content to Facebook and Instagram.
- Provide Office Manager with regular updates regarding office operations and improvements needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be a quick learner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
- Creative background and general knowledge of posting to social media platforms.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 - 5:00pm
