**Seeking a Part-Time Clinical Services Coordinator**

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support for the seamless operation of the Clinical Services Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare employee name tags
- Prepare resident armbands
- Maintain and prepare all packages (Move-in, Discharge, New Employees, etc.)
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence.
- Organize clinics.
- Organize residents’ Annual Meeting.
- Assist with filling vacant shifts.
- Back-up and assist the Director of Business Services and Employee Services Coordinator as required.
- Maintains a positive team spirit within the department and Home.
- Assist residents during mealtimes. This includes, but is not limited to, set-up, prompting, assisting with feeding the resident, portering and meal supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a recognized Business Administrator or Medical Secretary Program or two to three years of business administration.
- Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Has acceptable standard of behaviour and appearance.
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
