**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
- Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface disinfecting
- Conduct routine custodial inspections to uphold cleanliness standards across all designated areas
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management
- Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects that require specialized equipment or techniques
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform residential painting or minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly
