**Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for general facility up-keep, maintenance and organization of equipment, vehicles, and materials.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

**The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods of time.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and customer service.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently perform the job productively under tight deadlines.
- Mechanical abilities an asset

**Qualifications/Competencies**

**The individual in this role will have**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods of time.
