**Key Accountabilities**
- Focus and address on any order-related concerns.
- Work closely with the Customers Service, Warehouse, Production Department, and QA Department to ensure production order implementation.
- Analyze and Monitor production and inventory data to determine raw material requirements.
- Allocate and calculate the quantity of raw materials needed for each production order, and propose purchasing plan for the Purchase Department.
- Keep track of projects and ensure that all processes are properly scheduled and completed on time.
- Fully support Customer Service to mamager production order.
- Follow up with inventory management and purchase team to confirm all materials received on time.
- Conduct each product project to ensure that the production order meets all regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Participate in problem-solving activities such as system analysis, data interpretation, and written recommendations to ensure that client requirements are running smoothly.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward the work.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Experience & Skills**
- A college or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical, food, or biology will be a strong asset.
- Previous GMP industry experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication skills in English(Oral and Written); prefer those who speak English as their first language.
- People-oriented with a demonstrated ability to interact at all levels
- Self-Motivated, “CAN DO” attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
