**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare quality, consistent and well-presented food items
- Complete opening set up, closing shut down and side/prep duties
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and equipment
- Assist teammates and bring a positive attitude
- Be aware of and report necessary maintenance to supervisor
- Practice proper food safety procedures and safe work environment standards
- Maintain a good working relationship with all members
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement

**Qualifications and Skills**
- One year line-cook experience preferred in a fast-paced environment
- Certificates required Food Handler and WHMIS
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Must posses a positive attitude and work well with other team members
- Must be able to communicate clearly with staff
- Flexible schedule; including daytime, evenings and weekends
- Outstanding organizational and time management
- Physically fit and can carry light loads up to 40 pounds
- Passionate about healthy food and great customer service
