**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from the lead and contribute to team efforts.
- Support skilled tradesman in various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is required. As we are primarily a carpentry business, experience with carpentry is an asset.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
