**Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Professional**to take on a **3-year, full-time contract** in our property management office operating within a creative arts hub. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by provide administrative support to our staff and taking on cross-functional duties. This role is a dynamic position that requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt based on changing circumstances.

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the leasing and property manager, including assisting with special projects as they may arise.
- Provide support on various accounts payable and receivable functions
- Providing general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and tenant amenity bookings
- Cross-train with other administrative roles within the organization to enable you to provide coverage and support for other team members as required.

**Skills**
- Post secondary education or equivalent (business related studies will take priority)
- Experience in an administrative or office setting preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask as required
- Confident working with technology and proficient in MS Office (word, excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). Comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible within your workload as projects and priorities change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:
