**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various events such as weddings, funerals, and special occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Handle cashiering duties including processing sales transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including workspaces and display areas.
- Engage in sales activities to promote products, including e-commerce platforms when applicable.
- Provide landscape maintenance advice to customers as needed.
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design and customer preferences.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and shop layout effectively.
- Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of gardening principles to assist customers with plant care.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
