Overnight Supervisor Position Dough/donut Production

All You Knead Bakery is a small gourmet sweets bakery located in Maple, Ontario. Specializing in over the top delectable donuts and cupcakes, among other sweet treats.
**Job description**:
- The position of overnight supervisor is assisting and monitoring the donut dough being produced nightly.
- There will also be donut decorating after the donuts are cooled
- Shifts are Wednesday to Sunday, midnight (12am) until 8am daily
- We will teach you how we make and fry our donuts, so you will be able to supervise the dough being made and assist in the cutting and proofing of the dough
- We will also teach you how we decorate and fill our donuts
- You will be in charge of managing our night dough production crew, and early morning donut decorating crew
- We are looking for someone preferably with past managing experience
- Must be confident with dough making and production (knowing what a dough looks like when proofed, how to handle dough, etc.)
- Must be able to carry up to 50lbs
- Must be someone with an eagerness to learn, and ability to multitask
- Any previous donut experience would be an asset
- Must be able to manage a team, and keep our team members on task, in a professional manner
- Must be able to work full time, starting at midnight until 8am daily
- Must be able to work alone if the needs of the business require it
- Must report to higher up manager with all concerns and issues in the moment, or at any time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,360.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
