The person who is qualified for work will be working directly with Yakitori, Ramen, Izakaya team.
We want experienced professional who truly enjoying the socializing through the restaurant service and love to be creative. We, as Hibiki focus on team work, and we want our team to care each others especially during challenging time. Requirement for Line Cook
- Need to have at least THREE years of experience at line cook.
- Currently, A applicant is lived in the province ( BC and Greater Vancouver area)
Responsibilities for Line Cook
- Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
- Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use
- Study the menu and prepare ingredients ahead of schedule
- Experience working as a prep cook in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety and hygiene
- Passionate about culinary arts and creative cooking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
- Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand and move around for long periods of time.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
