**Overview**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with UX and Art Director to establish the visual language for UI including style and UI kits, movement/animation style and strategies
- Act as liaison to provide feedback and ensure design integrity of features between other disciplines
- Raise UI standards and processes across the studio while also managing and mentoring others UI artists. Direct the art of 3rd party developers, identify capable talent and hold content creators accountable to high execution
- Interprets user data to improve business objectives
- Own and be accountable for the UI design of the entire game including style guides, rule sets, and templates
- Design and create high quality UI components, implement them in engine and iterate on them based on stakeholder feedback
- Provide technical direction to find visual quality with efficiency

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum of 10 years related work experience including proven expertise in new game or app development.
- Possess excellent understanding of style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow.
- Excellent working knowledge of Unity.
- Able to demonstrate excellent understanding of game navigation and common UI patterns as they relate to engagement and monetization in the mobile space
- Be motivated, and proactive. Independent, organized yet flexible, and able to prioritize effectively without losing sight of the big picture
- Be relentlessly curious
- Continuously learning, constantly seeking opportunities to experiment, fail fast, optimize workflows and foster open communication
