**Summary**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Run the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead and support your team with training, coaching, and regular feedback.
- Make sure the store follows all brand standards, food safety rules, and health regulations.
- Keep track of inventory, place orders, and manage food costs and waste.
- Create staff schedules that keep the store well-staffed, especially during busy times.
- Handle customer issues quickly and positively.
- Check regularly to ensure the store is clean, organized, and equipment is working properly.
- Review store performance and help plan ways to reach sales goals.
- Complete basic office tasks like payroll, handling cash, and making daily deposits.
- Build a positive and team-focused work environment.
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years' experience in restaurant operations & management
- Willingness to learn and lead
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Great communication and management skills
