Housekeeper/cleaner

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency during cleaning sessions.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in every task performed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques or procedures as needed.

Pay: From $18.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
