The goal of the **Customer** **Service/Order Entry Clerk** is to go the distance to make our customers happy. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and handles all customer inquiries across multiple platforms, quickly assessing the situation and actioning on a solution that will ensure all customers are happy with their experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master the internal systems to problem-solve and optimize the customer experience using best practices and processes.
- Plan and execute production orders/sales orders and confirm production reports
- Collect and analyze production data to be relayed to the customer.
- Work cross-functionally with team members in Graphics, Sales Production and Estimating, to improve the entire customer journey.
- Effectively work through issues that impact multiple teams and determine the appropriate solution.

**Hours**:

- Must be available to work full time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
