**Position Summary**

**The Details**
- Provide “white glove” support for corporate office.
- Manage and provide oversight to the design and development of system images for end points.
- Install, troubleshoot, and diagnose software/hardware issues with computer desktops and laptops, iOS tablets and smartphones, printers, various medical devices, and networking equipment.
- Ensure End points are up to date with windows patches.
- Ensure antivirus and encryption policies are implemented and enforced.
- Manage Office 365 environment.
- Manage Intune policies.
- Manage various end user device products such Lansweeper and Automox

**Scope measures**

The End User Device Specialist will be an individual contributor working on individual and team tasks.

**Education/credentials**

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in information technology preferred or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.

**Job-related experience**
- 4+ years’ experience as a End User Device Specialist
- Ability to coordinate and work with other departments.
- Ability to assist colleagues over the phone or via remote assistance.
- Experience troubleshooting AV equipment and remote conferencing tools like Teams.
- Proficiency with current Windows OS.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with O365 Administration and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring PC Hardware.

**Working conditions/physical demands**

This position in a Hybrid reporting to our local Corporate Office in Toronto. In addition, there will be occasional travel demands (10-20% of time).

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
