Are you passionate about community building and empowering volunteers? Join Mishka Social Services as our Volunteer Engagement Coordinator and help us strengthen the foundation of our growing volunteer network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies
- Conduct recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and orientations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Provide occasional support to programs like Sanad and others as needed
- Attend in-person meetings/events as required (in line with public health guidelines)

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating volunteers or managing outreach is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends
- **Knowing more than one language is a great asset**

Commitment: 15 hours/week (with flexibility)

Hybrid role - some in-person attendance required

Part-Time Position

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
